Brandon is a Senior Consultant (Transport Modelling) with 3 years of experience in the field of transport engineering. He supports VLC’s modelling projects in building network and public transport scenarios, GIS data processing and analysis, creating maps and visualisations, and analysing observed data.

Brandon has strong skills in geographic information systems (GIS) and data analysis and quality control using various packages and programming languages (Ruby, Python, SQL, Excel VBA). Brandon has assisted in developing new GIS data management and visualisation tools, including a process to manage future-year public transport services, and new model output visualisations in QGIS.

Brandon has assisted with strategic and dynamic modelling for projects including interchange upgrades, highway corridor studies, and infrastructure needs assessments. He has disaggregated zone systems and extracted estimates of passenger volumes and wait times on train station platforms using transport model outputs and public transport data.

Brandon holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil)(Hons) and Bachelor of Business (International)(Distinction) from the Queensland University of Technology.
