Jeff has recently joined VLC as a consultant, whilst he is completing his doctoral studies at Imperial College London. He supports the delivery of projects for clients through data analysis, strategic planning and the development and application of transport models.

In his PhD, Jeff studies the impacts of adopting information and communication technologies on activity-travel choices, using an agent-based activity-travel modelling approach. In 2022, Jeff presented a major component of his research in the Universities’ Transport Studies Group annual conference: Analysis of activity timing behaviour using a multiple discrete-continuous extreme value method.

Before joining VLC and starting doctoral studies in London, Jeff worked in a few major financial and energy firms in Australia for delivering analytical models and data-driven software.

Jeff holds a Master of Engineering and Bachelor of Environment in Civil Engineering from the University of Melbourne.
