Having joined VLC as an urban planning graduate in 2021, my first year working with the team has shown there is no limit to how much you can learn as there are so many people to learn from and such a diversity of ideas and skillsets. Reflecting on my year as a graduate, I have found the challenges immensely rewarding, with a noticeable strengthening of my technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
